See below: Depends on if it is an important urgent surgical need, or more optional or cosmetic surgery. If it is an emergency, go to an emergency room where you will be seen and evaluated. Otherwise contact your local county medical society or a local community hospital to see what resources may be available for you. State medicaid can also be contacted to see what their qualifications are.
