A member asked:

Whats a complete protein?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

All essential aminos: Some Amino Acids can't be made from others in your body, and a complete protein is one you can live on -- it has plenty of each of these. It's important for vegetarians to mix proteins to get enough of each amino acid; i respect vegetarianism if taken for moral reasons but it makes safe eating more complicated.
