Keep it reasonable.: If your girl is working out too much, she needs to slow down. The threshold is having no periods; osteoporosis and anorexia are the other two pieces as you probably know. If periods are skipped, it's time to train less. The consequences of ignoring this can be severe; osteoporosis in one's teens can be very debilitating.
