???: There is no "psychotic personality disorder, " -- thus i don't know of any triad associated with it. Is it possible you mean something else? Another type of personality disorder, perhaps?

Not a known term: I am an expert in personality disorders and have never heard of "accepted psychotic personality disorder triad." there is no "psychotic personality disorder" listed in the psychiatric diagnostic manual (dsm-5).
