Sometimes: It is certainly possible. That depends on your current age, how many eggs you have in your ovaries, and any underlying infertility problem. Egg freezing may give you a good chance to delay pregnancy, but it is in no way a guarantee. A proper evaluation and discussion with a fertility specialist is needed.
