Pleasure & reward: Dopamine is hormone involved in pleasure & reward seeking behavior, among other actions. New study suggests that loss of Dopamine can lead to anorgasmia such that cabergoline, which stimulates the Dopamine receptor, can help anorgasmic men achieve orgasm.
