Middle ear?: Do you mean middle ear decompression such as what may occur after scuba diving or descent in an airplane. The only decompression of the inner ear is an endolymphatic sac decompression for meniere's disease. The latter operation is performed for incapacitating vertigo. In the former conditions, time alone will be sufficient, however middle ear bleeding or fluid may occur. No effect on the body.
