What are some healthy, low-calorie snacks for my child?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

SNACKS: I think you probably know the answer but your child might refuse it. Fruits and vegetables are healthy snacks. I four children refuse it then they chose. And they probably really were not hungry. Do not offer junk just because your child wants it. You buy the food.
