Look on label: Your bag has a label. My bag of baby cut carrots says it has about 5 servings and they consider a serving size 3 oz. I don't know about you but i can eat a whole bag in one setting. The label says there are 35 calories per serving so that makes 175 calories per bag. There is a law that provides food label information. Just be clear on serving size because it's usually smaller than you think!
