Yes: Chest pain is always a concern particularly if you are known to have coronary disease. However, it could be pain related to something else such as the incision. Your doctor could figure this out by talking to you and examining you and perhaps running some tests.

Yes: See the cardiologist or surgeon. Usually late pain is not heart pain, but find out. Most folks as they heal and get more active will have some "musculoskeletal-skeletal" aggravations. Occasionally some inflammation may develop. See the surgeon or cardiologist.
