Dr. Gary Wang answered

Rate of disable. : Theoretically, 100% people get disabled due to degenerative process if people live long enough. However, for those who are less than retired age, injury or medical disorder should not mean disabled, especially chronic degenerative process. It is possible for temporally disabled and should be able to return to work after treatment or after modified work load or type.
