Depends: The risk would be related to the number of babies you have. Generally twins, triplets have a higher chance of developmental disabilities.

Only slight inc risk: Ivf mothers tend to be older and have increased risk of preterm delivery, both increase risk of developmental delay, but the incidence remains relatively low.

IVF cause Disability: The research about the risks of ivf are complicated and confusing for a number of reasons. You will find studies suggesting very safe to very risky. Most of us believe that the risks are small and outweighed by the benefit of allowing couples to have their own genetic children. Also, we have mounting information that infertile women wo infertility treatments have increased risk of disability.
