I was diagnosed with degenerative changes superimposed upon the developmental central stenosis on cervical. is it serious? possible treatments?

The nerves that make up the brachial plexus (arm) exit the neck there as well and the new bone formation caused by the OA can compress the nerves from the neck giving pain and numbness.
