Yes.: Gallbladder pain is typically localized to the right upper- or midline abdomen, but can occasionally feel like it is coming from the lower mid chest. In fact, it is not uncommon to be hospitalized for a suspected heart attack only to find that it is due to the gallbladder. This is not a diagnosis that can be made without testing; if you have chest pain, go to an emergency room.
