How can you tell my overall cardiovascular health?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cardio health: The best way to evaluate your cardiac health is through a physical exam and testing. During the physical you would be asked about your medical history, family history and social habits including tobacco use, alcohol use, drug use and regular exercise. In addition to that a exercise stress test would be performed to evaluate your physical fitness.
