How effective are these high-tech treatments for back pain?

See below: Not exactly sure what you mean by high tech treatments. Overall our management of lower back pain is not that great at the present time. We invest a lot of money in diagnostics, surgery, injections and medications yet we have really failed to make a dent in the low back pain condition. Some say that the more attention doctors pay to this condition, the worse people get.
