Exercise: Warm up for 5-15 minutes before activity. Stretch before and after exercise to stay flexible. Do core strengthening exercises, strengthen your hip and pelvic muscles, consider a formal physical therapy program if home exercises aren't cutting it. Try ice, heat, massage, acupuncture. Consider injections if severe.
