Generally not: Most "natural" remedies that have been subjected to standard clinical trials have failed to show effectiveness. For instance echinacea, ginko and st. John's wort do not show any effect on multiple trials that have been done. Let the buyer beware and note that most natural products are not required to meet fda standards of purity, concentration or efficacy.
