Pure gold: Nickel is in most jewelry that has white gold and other metals. Wear high karat gold jewelry and avoid direct contact with the skin. The necklace should be above your shirt and avoid earrings. Also your wrist watch can cause a similar reaction and the snap on the jeans and zippers. A cotton undershirt and underwear should prevent direct contact with the skin.
