Heck Yes!: Like any healthcare provider who can write prescriptions, it's very important for your dentist to know about all your allergies, including medications. This information can save your life some day! why would you even consider hiding this important information? There's nothing to gain by keeping it to yourself. Share it with all your healthcare professionals. There is no downside to sharing.

I've had a inner lower swollen lip for a little over 3 years now and not 1 out of 8 different specialists have any ideas. Allergist doesn't think it's allergy related, ENT, GP, dermatologist, rheumatologist, dentist think it is. RIDICULOUS!!?
