Can a stroke cause a burning sedation in the arm w/o any other symptoms. no numbness nothing. just a burning sensation?

Very unlikely: Stroke would usually cause numbness or weakness, but not pain or burning. Burning sensations are almost always nerve pain, caused by a "pinch" of the nerve, usually where the nerve exits the spinal cord.

Yes but uncommon: Strokes can cause disordered sensation anywhere there are sensory nerves (i.e., everywhere in the body). But burning sensations in any limb are much, much more commonly due to local problems (not brain diseases).
