Left arm pain: You need to have a good evaluation. It could be your heart. A very standard sign of heart problems is left arm pain. Heart not getting enough oxygen. Important to seek help asap. On the other had the pain might be coming from your neck and or shoulder or even your lungs. Need much more information.
