Maybe: You need to be examined by a physician urgently. Neurological symptoms in one arm (like burning sensation) in association with headache is alarming. If either symptom is new, consider heading to the emergency department. If you do not, at least call your primary doctor tomorrow for an urgent evaluation. It is more likely not serious, but better to be safe and get a proper evaluation.
