Exam first: You first need a medical exam to exclude the possiblity of medical disease such as thyroid conditions as well as an ophthalmologist exam to evaluate your vision, potential for dry eye syndrome, and any other eye conditions such as glaucoma. Once completed your eyes and surrounding structures ( cheek & forehead) must be assessed and recommendations made for blepharoplasty technique.
