Bags: Cold compresses help remove some of the fluids in bags under the eyes, but the only way to remove fat cells which have gravitated there is plastic surgery.

NO: There are creams that will 'tighten' the skin, but the bags will still be there--surgery is the only permanent way to remove them.

Sometimes laser resurfacing can help tighten the skin and reduce the puffiness. In many cases, lower blepharoplasty- surgery- is necessary to remove or reposition the fatty tissue to completely address the issue.
