Need aggressive Tx..: Aggressive cancers, like this one need quick, extensive, aggressive treatment since they are likely to be fast spreading. This would mean major surgery, combined with radiation and/or chemotherapy. If surgery is not an option, then radiation and/or chemotherapy would likely be used.

More!: Assuming that you are talking about skin cancer, squamous carcinomas can be aggressive and left alone can recur and spread to lymph node sites. Further treatment may well be another excision +/- radiation therapy to the site of disease or radiation alone if the excision is complete but worrisome.

Needs aggressive Tx.: This is called "aggressive", probably because it is poorly differentiated, and infiltrative and invading the surrounding tissues. This means that aggressive therapy is most likely needed. This usually means surgery combined with radiation or chemotherapy, and close follow-up. Your doctor can give you a clear answer on this as well.
