None unless severe: Bundle branch blocks are disruption of the normal conduction system of the pumping chambers of the heart. There is redundancy and difficulty in knocking them out completely enough to cause complete heart block requiring a pacemaker (many types available). Going after the causes requires a good internist or cardiologist. But one can live normally with most types of bundle branch block.

Pacemaker if needed: Most bbb do not require any sort of treatment. Rarely, LBBB associated with low ejection fraction and congestive heart failure benefits from a special type of pacemaker, a biventricular pacer.
