No: There is no treatment for rignt bundle branch block. It sometimes is intermittent (comes and goes). Fortunately it is for the most part benign.

Right bundle: Generally it doen't need treatment and usually not a problem. Sometimes comes and goes.

Generally not: Unless caused by high heart rate or reversible pulmonary disease...Often times this is a benign finding if echocardiogram looks good.
