Orthotics: There are no over the counter inserts that are made for a high arch foot. Look for a podiatrist that can evaluate you as you may have the type of high arch foot that will be aggravated by orthotics.

High arches: I would see a podiatrist first to determine which is better. Depends if you have a rigid high arch or do u get some collapse of the arch when you stand
