Prenatal vits, DHA: A prenatal vitamin is wise for everyone- many good ones, i especially like new chapter & rainbow light brands. Omega 3 fatty acids are important- you can get these from flax or hemp seed oil, but some need dha, usually found in fish oil. There are vegan sources available from algae. While supplements help, eat a healthy diet rich in organic fruits & vegetables. Also choose organic eggs & dairy.
