Confusion: Sometimes the best thing they can do is tell you immediately they suspect a problem, rather than carry on that everything is fine. They are skilled enough to suspect a problem, but seldom enough to provide you with an immediate diagnosis or even understand how simple or complex the issue may be. In that moment you lost the normal outcome you expected.
