EOLD: Palliative (comfort) care: pain control, feeding/nutrition, sleep help. Burrial arrangement, cementery location, service planning ahead of time. . Do it with dignity, honor and support.

Things like CPR: Often these decisions include: --cpr --mechanical ventilation (a breathing machine) --being in the icu --being at home in hospice --who should speak for the patient if they are too sick to speak for themselves (this is called a medical power of attorney often a social worker can help you work through these issues.
