NO!: Any prolonged increase in the pregnant woman's body temperature is a potential teratogen of the fetal nervous system! it can also lead to dehydration, preterm labor, placental abruption and fetal demise. Running in the heat is contraindicated during pregnancy - and should be probably avoided by everyone as it may lead to cardiovascular collapse.
