No, but: Diverticulitis is not related to aortic aneurysm. However, if there is constipation, would suggest a good bowel regimen to avoid excessive straining.

Not usually: They are not usually related but I have seen very rare cases of aorto-enteric fistulas from diverticulitis eroding into the aorta. Extremely rare.
