Colposcopy effects: If they are just looking with the colposcope, and not doing a biopsy, there is no problem. But usually your doctor will want to do a biopsy, in whichcase you may have mild cramping and/or bleeding. This will be improved with ibuprofen, so you could still go to your wedding, but you might have enjoyed it more, if you waited.
