Breast Cancer Sx: A lump in the breast, puckering of the skin, redness or bleeding in a localized area, are among common presenting symptoms, but many are so small that they are "silent" until they grow bigger. At your age, it is extremely unlikely you have a breast cancer, even with a positive family history or a "cancer gene" such as brca1. If you are worried, consult your gynecologist.
