A doctor has provided 1 answer

Bulge, back pain: An enterocele is a hernia of the small bowel into the vagina. Traditionally, it has been described as causing back pain but in reality many women in their middle ages who have enterocele have back pain for other reasons. Thus, the primary symptoms is pelvic pressure and / or a bulge from the vaginal opening.
