Highly variable: The symptoms from pelvic organ prolapse are highly variable. Some have lots of symptoms such as vaginal pressure and constipation. Others have none. The symptoms do not always correlate with the severity of prolapse. Have your doctor to a pelvic exam to confirm the diagnosis. Then treatment options can be discussed
