Congestion: Typically the most common symptom is congestion. May be more on one side than another. Also can get dryness of the nose and sometimes intermittent mild bleeding from that dryness.

If there are symptoms like nasal obstruction, snoring or recurrent sinusitis, have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
