Paresthesias: Morton's neuromas can present as either a burning sensation, tingling, zinging or numbness in one or two toes.

Numbness: Numbness, burning, tingling or pain. A feeling like you are stepping on a ball or rolled up sock. The pain is usally on the bottom of the foot. By definition a mortons neuroma occurs in the 3rd intermetatarsal space.
