Yes: The most common presenting symptom for acoustic neuroma is tinnitus or a noise in the ear. Even with loss of hearing it is still possible to have tinnitus.

ATT into the act!: Hearing loss is a primary symptom of acoustic neuroma, even at very small size, though may not appear until late in disease also. Tinnitus ("ringing" in the ear) is exceedingly common. But to hear a ring tone suggests your cellular provider has implanted something in your ear. Musical tinnitus is a function of temporal lobe disease, not acoustic tumors.
