Healthy Lifestyle: No magic food, but eat a healthy diet. Avoid high fat and processed foods. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegatables. Take a daily prenatal vitamin containing Folic Acid and dha. Avoid tobacco and excess caffeine and alcohol. Light to moderate exericise is also encouraged.
