Surgical: A hysteroplasty is usually done to divide a uterine septum and is done through the cervix with a hysteroscope. For a bicornuate uterus, the two uterine "horns" are put together and that is called a metroplasty, which can be done as an open, laparoscopic or robotic procedure.
