See below: She may not. Some babies never crawl. As long as there are no other concerns with her development, there should be no significant concerns.

Not particularly: Some crawl and walk at 9 mo but most do not.Some skip it entirely and pull to stand and walk between 8-15 mo.At 9 mo I expect a kid to get to sitting and do so with a rather good posture.
