A member asked:

What over-the-counter medicine to avoid when taking ziac (bisoprolol and hydrocholorthiazide) for high blood pressure?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

NSAIDs : Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are generally not recommended with high blood pressure or kidney failure. Also decongestants can cause elevation of high blood pressure so they should also be used with caution.
