Absolutely!: No BP med has HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide) unless it's marked "XXX-HCT". Manufacturers provide the combination for convenience because HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide) is often used with other meds and it doesn't add any cost to the manufacture, but all meds come without it.
