Hard to know?: This would depend on your age and any pre-existing problems you may have. Nocturnal arousals may engorge the prostate and genitals making a weak stream. An enlarged prostate and certain medications could be the cause. It this clears through the day and is not a problem elsewise, then just observe. If problems or concerns beyond this, then see your pcp or urologist.
