Well it is very: unusual to get shingles at a young age especially since most young adults have had the vaccine. If you think you have shingles you should a dermatologist ASAP.You need to get on oral antivirals, use soaks with aluminum acetate and topical antivirals right away. If on face may need ophthalmology visit.
