Relax: Deepening of your voice is not a marker of progressive cardiovascular disease. Occasionally and rarely, becoming hoarse can sometimes indicate an issue of entrapment of the laryngeal nerve but that should be sorted out by a cardiologist and ENT specialists. Don't worry.
