See below: If you are taking anticoagulants (like warfarin) you have not reached the ideal therapeutic range. If you are taking aspirin you have some protection against clots but this is not considered being anticoagulated. If you have advanced liver disease you may be low in certain blood clotting factors. Ask the doctor what he means.

Partial: Your blood is thinner than normal, but probably not thin enough to be in a theraputic range. On warfarin, an INR of 2-3 indicates appropriate blood thinning for many typical conditions. INR of 1 = no thinning effect. Inr of 1.3-1.9 would be partial blood thinning, with blood thinner than normal, but not in optinmal range for full protection.

Incomplete Rx: Depending on the medication you were taking and the indication for that medication, the blood thinning is not at target levels. This does not go provide you the total protection you may need, but some is better than none. Follow up with your doctor to clarify indication and dosing of your medication.

Not sure: Could mean that your clotting test maybe out of normal but not at a therapeutic level recommended for people taking anticoagulants or presumed that your clotting is abnormal just because you are taking a drug that affects clotting such as aspirin. Ask your doctor to clarify
